Black and White Stripes

I got this top from Old Navy during their Labor Day sale. Oh my goodness, it is pretty much amazing! It is super soft, and I feel like the black and white stripes are such a classic look I can easily dress it up or down. In this case, I wore it with khakis and my new Kendra Scott inspired necklace for a day at work.

 Top: Old Navy
Pants: The Limited (similar)
Necklace: Purple Peridot (original Kendra Scott)
Earrings: The Limited (similar/I also like these)

I don't know about you guys, but I feel like Old Navy has really been stepping up their game lately! I've always liked them (although in the past their items were really hit or miss), but I've really liked their clothes and their quality lately! When I got this shirt, I also got another striped tank top/blouse, and it's hand-wash only! That's not something you would have seen from them in the past. I think this is especially nice because now you can have a higher-quality piece of clothing without having to shell out a fortune!

  2. Nice look and cute top. I feel like Old Navy has definitely gotten better about quality but higher in price. Maybe it's just me. Rachel xo https://garaytreasures.wordpress.com/2014/09/09/aztec-print-maxi-skirt-turned-dress/

    1. Yeah, I have noticed the price increase. But they do seem to have some pretty good sales once in awhile!

  3. I love this shirt and necklace combo. I like that you can keep it neutral or add color and can easily layer as the weather gets cooler. I might need to head over to Old Navy this week! I love Old Navy's Super Cash promotions-one just ended. We are practically neighbors this week at The Pleated Poppy link up- you're 120 and I'm 123. I'm new to blogging and just did my second WIWW post. Would you hop on over to my blog and if you like what you see would you subscribe? thisgirlscastle.com

    1. Yeah, I still think some of their things aren't that great, but I'm finding more and more items that I think are great! Worth a trip I think!

    1. I'm so glad they have I found an imitation one for way cheaper- there's no way I could justify the price of a real one!

  10. This is such a great look for work! I honestly haven't been to Old Navy in mooonths (how has that happened?!) so I can't vouch on their quality. But I can say that when I put together my outfit posts, I realize how much Old Navy I wear on a regular basis. Have a great weekend!

  12. I am a total Old Navy junkie! It's one of the only places I shop for clothing because I love how their stuff fits me. I don't always love the material of some of their tops and dresses, so I tend to be a little pickier about them, but I'll probably always be an Old Navy girl :)
